Breast uplift is also known as Mastoplexy, and is
designed as a solution to the problem of sagging, hanging, or drooping
breasts. The basic premise of a breast uplift procedure is simply to lift
the breast, so as to improve its appearance and firmness, producing a
more youthful breast contour.
Whilst not strictly correct, a good way to think about
the problem is as follows -
At one time you may have been happy with your breast
size, perhaps they were a B-cup and were firm. However, following a
pregnancy or through age, your breast has remained a B-cup on the inside,
but have lost their firmness, and are now sagging - with skin on the
outside looking more like it could carry C or D cup.
A breast uplift procedure effectively helps you to go
back to being a B-cup breast with B-cup skin.
Alternatively, a Breast Uplift combined with a Breast
Implant (Breast Augmentation) would allow you to have a C-cup breast in
C-cup skin.
Who is most suitable for a Breast Uplift
procedure?
• Women who are unhappy with the size of
their breasts, and who consider them to be droopy or pendulous.
• Women who consider their breasts to be
both too small and too saggy.
